2. MEAL ORDERING INFORMATION
Meals are to be ordered through this website. *Note: The food policy of the Gardner High School prohibits outside food from being brought into the school. Medical exceptions are allowed.*
Registration for meals will open Wednesday April 9th at 8pm and will close Saturday April 12th at 5pm. *Discounted Banquet tickets will only be available during this registration period. Any banquet tickets purchased after this time will be at full price.*
3. EVENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration for the Tournament will happen through the NCFCA website. Details will be forthcoming.
4. JUDGE REQUIREMENTS
We require, as part of the registration process for your child, that you register to judge for 3 rounds per day. You will be able to do this on the judge registration page of the website. You must still be available for other rounds if needed.
If there is the possibility that you might not come back to the tournament on Wednesday, and would like your child to receive their ballots before you leave, then we require you to register to judge 4 rounds on Monday and 4 rounds on Tuesday. When parents want to leave early and receive their children(s) ballots, that creates an extra burden for our tab room and leaves us short of judges on Wednesday. To help alleviate some of this, we ask that you fulfill your judging requirement before you leave. No exceptions will be made.
5. HOST HOUSING
We have a limited amount of host housing available that will be provided on a first come first served basis. Please be aware that most of the host homes will be 30 min. to 1 hour away from the facility. Contact Anne Smith at (978)372-1339 or ewsjfamily@juno.com for more information.
6. DIRECTIONS
From Route 2 Take the RT-140 exit - Exit 24B - toward Ashburnham/Winchendon for 0.3 miles. Merge onto W Main St / MA-140 for 2.7 miles. Turn left onto Pearl Street/MA-101 for 1.3 miles. Turn right onto Catherine St. for 0.2 miles. End at 200 Catherine St.
7. ACCOMODATIONS
The “Official Hotel” of the 2008 Region 10 Regional Invitational Tournament is the Best Western Royal Plaza. It is located approximately 8.5 miles from the facility at 150 Royal Plaza Drive, Fitchburg, MA 01420, right off Rt. 2. From the Hotel, get on Rt. 2 West and follow the directions to the School above. It is a great facility with many amenities, including; a restaurant, indoor pool and workout room. Rooms are $79 dollars (taxes not included) for up to 4 people. A continental breakfast is included.
